**This form must be accompanied by a valid, government issued photo ID in order to process. Payment of fees must also be made prior to connection of service. Once processed, you will be issued an account number so that payment may be made electronically.
Name of Responsible Individual must also be listed above. If the application is submitted with only a Business Name, it will not be processed. If the account will be in a business name such as a contractor or realty group, a completed W-9 may serve as ID.

** We can not provide same day service. No scheduled services will be performed on weekdays or holidays. We cannot schedule a specific time of day so please plan accordingly. If a mailed bill is not received, this does not relieve the customer from the responsibility of paying the bill or any associated late charges. You may call our office during business hours or view your account online.
Non-payment in our office by the due date is subject to a $2.00 or 10% late fee (whichever is greater) of the delinquent amount.
If payment is not received within 21 days of the original due date, an additional nonpayment fee of $40.00 will be added to the account and service discontinued.
Failure to complete the End Landlord/Continuous Owner agreement will result in you being responsible for any water usage until account is closed. Tampering with meter will result in a fine of $250.00.Water meters must be accessible at all times and a three-foot radius must be maintained. Failure to maintain this radius may result in landscaping being cut or removed.

Within subdivisions that we service, lots must be clearly marked with signage and boxes must be cleaned before meter will be set. If not in a subdivision, please call first and we will see if we can service your area. Please see our rate sheet or call the office for current prices.
By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date and 4) you agree with all contents of this application and will conform to all policies of the Oconee County Water Resources Department. You also authorize service and accept responsibility for the bill at the service address listed above each time a tenant either gives final notice to us or has been disconnected completely for nonpayment. 5) I understand this application is address specific so deposits cannot be transferred to another location.
