When does the Board of Commissioners meet?

The Regular Meetings of the Oconee County Board of Commissioners are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. 

An Agenda Setting Meeting is held the Tuesday preceding the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. At the Agenda Setting Meeting, the Board of Commissioners reviews those items to be considered at the Regular Meeting.

During December of each year, the Board of Commissioners approves a meeting schedule for the following year, taking into account any scheduling conflicts. The meeting schedule is posted on the County website and the Courthouse Bulletin Board.

Meetings are held in the Oconee County Board of Commissioners Meeting Chambers, Room 224, on the second floor of the Oconee County Courthouse, 23 North Main Street, Watkinsville, Georgia.
