The Oconee County Board of Commissioners held its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. The following actions were taken at the meeting:
- Approved amendments to the Unified Development Code Article 2, Use of Land Structures; Article 3, Restrictions on Particular Uses; Article 5, Subdivisions and Planned Developments; Article 10, Project Design and Construction Standards; Article 13, Appeals; and Article 15, Interpretations and Definitions
- Approved revision to the Resolution for Issuance of Citations of County Ordinance Violations to reflect current staffing
- Approved mid-year employee equity adjustment
- Approved 2021 Renewal Alcohol License Application for Alis, Inc. (a/k/a T's Corner), 4500 Monroe Highway, Bogart, with Alis Nina as the Registered Agent
