Oconee County Water Resources Earns Awards for Calls Creek Facility and Wastewater System

Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas Present an Award to Oconee County Water ResourcOconee County Water Resources recently received a Carolinas Design-Build Award and a Merit Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas for the Calls Creek Water Reclamation Facility. The award was presented at the 2019 Excellence in Construction Awards Gala (pictured above) in November in Charlotte. In November, the Water Resources Department also received the 2019 Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) Wastewater Collection System Silver Award for meeting industry standards for capacity, management, operation and maintenance following a system-wide audit.
