We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments. Beginning April 1, 2019 we will accept eChecks (electronic bank check). Cash not accepted. Payee will be responsible for paying debit/credit/eCheck convenience fees.
Out of County Policy
Out of County residents will pay 150% of the program fee.
No refunds or credits will be granted unless requested by program registration deadline. If request is made by program registration deadline, you will have two options: (1) Receive an immediate credit for the full amount valid for 12 months or (2) Receive a refund, minus a 25% administration fee. Out of County fees will be returned with refund; registration convenience fees are non-refundable.
Inclement Weather / Rain Outs
Cancellations due to weather will not be made until 4 p.m. We will contact all of our head coaches/team managers with cancellation information and coaches/team managers will contact parents/players.

OCPRD is now utilizing CodeRED for weather, park, program and event notification. To register for CodeRED and receive notifications to your mobile device please create a Managed Account by clicking tinyurl.com/OconeeGA and follow the step by step instructions found here.
In order for a child to participate in any competitive youth activity, at least one parent must be a current member of the Parents Association of Youth Sports (PAYS). To fulfill this requirement follow the steps below:
1. Go to nays.org/paysonline/
2. Select Sign up Option 1 (first time) or Option 2 (renewal)
3. Contact Information: Complete contact info, then click "Next"
4. Select Program Affiliation: Click "Yes" , select "Oconee County Pks & Rec Dept" and then click "Next"
5. Payment Information: NO PAYMENT OR DONATION REQUIRED, simply click "Confirm"
6. Confirmation: Click "Process"
7. Thank You for Registering page appears, click “Next”
8. Click “Start PAYS Course”
9. Click on video to begin course
10. Answer required course questions to complete
Code of Conduct
The following Code of Conduct applies to all Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department program participants, users of park facilities and park patrons. All individuals and organizations will be held to the Code of Conduct when using facilities administered by the department. Please view the Code of Conduct.
