The Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department, through a coordinated effort, seeks to enrich the quality of life of the citizens we serve, by providing safe and accessible recreational facilities and a diversified program of recreational activities for all citizens.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments. You can also pay by check or money order, but please no cash.
Out of County Policy
Effective July 1, 2018, Out of County residents will pay 150% of the program fee.
No refunds or credits will be granted unless requested at least 7 days before the session, program draft or league begins. If request is made 7 days prior to the start date, you will have two options: (1) Receive an immediate credit for the full amount valid for 12 months or (2) Receive a refund, minus a 25% administration fee. Registration convenience fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to weather will not be made until 4 p.m. We will contact all of our head coaches/team managers with cancellation information and coaches/team managers will contact parents/players.

In order for a child to participate in any competitive youth activity, at least one parent must be a current member of the Parents Association of Youth Sports (PAYS). To fulfill this requirement, follow the steps below:
- Go to the PAYS Online Clinic website and click “Get Started”
- Step 1 – Contact Information: Complete contact info, then click “Next”
- Step 2 – Select League/Agency Affiliation: Click “Yes”, select “Oconee County Pks & Rec Dept” and then click “Next”
- Step 3 – Payment Information: NO PAYMENT OR DONATION REQUIRED, simply click “Confirm”
- Step 4 – Confirmation: Click “Process”
- Thank You for Registering page appears, click “Next”
- Click “Start PAYS Course”
- Click on video to begin course
- Answer required course questions to complete
Code of Conduct
The following Code of Conduct applies to all Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department program participants, users of park facilities and park patrons. All individuals and organizations will be held to the Code of Conduct when using facilities administered by the department. Please view the Code of Conduct.
