Traffic Citation Info

The Oconee County Probate Court receives citations issued in Oconee County, Georgia only. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive the tickets from each agency. Please keep that in mind before you call our office for information.

If your citation was issued by The City of Watkinsville, their number is  (706)769-5161

Your court date is located at the bottom of your citation

Traffic Court is held on Thursdays at 9AM

There are NO video conferencing options available.

If you choose to pay your citation and not come to court, it is considered a bond forfeiture and your case is considered closed at the time of payment. To reopen a case, you would need to contact an attorney.

 Persons Under Age 21 -If you are under the age of 21 and charged with a speeding violation of 24 mph or more over the posted limit, or any other 4 point violation, you will not be allowed to pay your citation prior to your court date and you must appear for court.
