The Impact Fees Study Committee
investigated
the possible benefits of development impact fees and the
potential effects on economic development as well as
the experiences of other communities in Georgia
which have enacted these fees.
The
Committee met six times in 2008 (twice at the Oconee County
Library and four times at the Oconee County
Civic Center). All minutes and
