LIVING WELL CLASSES ~ The Living Well program is for anyone with a chronic health condition, as well as their family members and caregivers.  The group will meet once a week for six weeks for two hour classes beginning Thursday, January 26th at the Senior Center.  The program is free of charge.  For more information, please call 706-769-3979 or visit www.agewiseconnection.com/livingwell.  Click here to see the flyer.

VALENTINE'S DAY PARTY & DANCE ~ Tuesday, February 14th from 10 am to 1 pm at the Oconee County Senior Center ~ Stephen Van will provide the music for dancing.  Please call 706-769-3979 for more information.  Click here to see the flyer.

SAVE THE DATE:  Macon Cherry Blossom Festival Tour ~ Thursday, March 22, 2012.  The tour includes:

  deluxe motorcoach transportation
  lunch at Between the Bread Cafe
  a guided tour of Historic Macon
  a ride through Cherry Blossom Trail
  a visit to Cannon Ball House
  a visit to Hay House
  and a tour of the historic St. Joseph Church

ZUMBA GOLD CLASSES ~ Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10 to 10:45 ~ Zumba Gold Certified Instructor Amie Hansen will lead active Seniors in a class designed for Seniors who want to stay in the groove of life!  The cost is $5 dollars per class.

YOGA CLASSES ~ every Wednesday from 10 to 11 am ~ a Fitness Instructor will lead the classes which are geared toward beginners and intermediate yoga students.  The classes are $3 for Senior Center members.  Please call 706-769-3979 for more information.  Click here to see the flyer.

BALLROOM DANCE CLASSES ~ 2 pm every other Monday ~  Have you ever wanted to learn Ballroom, Swing or Country Dancing?  Now is your chance.  Dance Instructor Ron Putman will teach classes at the Oconee County Senior Center.  The cost is $5 per person per class.  Please call 706-769-3979 to reserve your space in the class.  Click here to see the flyer.
