Court Personnel:  Virginia Schlitzer, Cindy Williams, Lesia Weaber, Carol Eck, Michelle Hale, Jessica Hart, Marti Cobb, Michelle Gearhart, Jane Bell

Magistrate Court:  Magistrate Judge Eric Norris will conduct civil hearings on Mondays and Thursdays and criminal hearings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  He will also conduct bond hearings from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Oconee County Jail.  Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Mondays & Wednesdays and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

Juvenile Court:  Judge Sarah McArthur schedules a year long calendar for Juvenile Court.  Arraignments are held the second Wednesday of each month and adjudications (trials) are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.  DFCS & Emergency Shelter Care hearings are scheduled each month as needed.
