NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The Oconee County Board of Commissioners will discuss an Amendment to the Ordinance Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages in Oconee County at its Agenda Setting Meeting on April 25, 2017, with action at its Regular Meeting on May 2, 2017. The Amendment to be discussed includes changing age requirements for owners and managers from 25 years of age to 21 years of age and changing age requirements for serving alcohol from 19 years of age to 18 years of age.
